  1. 01

    Positioning

Who the product is for, the problem it promises to solve and the proof a first-time buyer can see.

  2. 02

    Offer

The hero product, price, bundle and purchase conditions. We ask whether the offer leaves enough contribution to acquire a customer.

  3. 03

    Ads

The promises and formats in your publicly visible ads, and the gaps between the ad and the destination page.

  4. 04

    Store

The mobile buying journey, product evidence, objections, availability and the path from interest to checkout.

  5. 05

    Growth plan

A sequence of tests across paid channels, creative, landing pages and retention, with a metric and a stopping rule for each.

02 / How it works

Bring a decision.
Leave with tests.

Useful for Indian consumer brands with a live offer and a question about acquiring or retaining customers profitably.

  1. Book and share context. Tell us your store URL, priority product and the growth decision in front of you.
  2. We read the business from the outside. We examine the offer, store and available ads. We use your sales and contribution figures to prioritise the findings.
  3. Work through the findings together. You get the review notes and a prioritised set of tests, including the evidence needed to judge each one.

03 / The scope

Built around paid growth.

Boring Commerce runs Meta and Google ads, marketplace ads, creative, landing pages and retention. We review positioning and distribution through that lens: what they mean for conversion, contribution and the next growth decision.

The details

Questions, answered.

Is the brand teardown free?

Yes. The review is free and there is no obligation to buy an ongoing service. If we see a fit for further work, we explain the scope separately.

What do I need to share?

Your website, the main product you want to grow and the decision you are trying to make. Recent sales and spend totals help if you can share them. We start with your website and visible ads.

What do I leave with?

Review notes and prioritised tests for your offer, ads or landing page. Each test includes the metric to watch and the evidence needed to make the next decision.

Will you review manufacturing or raise funding?

The review focuses on profitable paid growth. We look at operational constraints when they affect the offer or advertising economics. Specialist manufacturing, legal and fundraising advice sits outside this review.
